Kits360 stands on the north side of West 7th Avenue at Burrard Street, seventy metres from the corner, in Fairview by the City of Vancouver’s map and on the edge of Kitsilano by everyone else’s; the listing files it under Fairview. West Broadway and the 99 B-Line are two hundred and fifty metres south, the shops of West 4th Avenue the same distance north, and the Burrard Bridge six hundred metres away.
